Mike Newbold Castle born 2 July 1939 is an American lawyer and politician. He is a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives representing Delaware's At-large congressional district since 1993.
He was 20 Lieutenant Governor of Delaware 1981-1985, and 69 Governor of Delaware 1985-1992. The election will determine who will fill the rest of Biden term which expires in 2014.
He received a juris doctorate degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington DC Castle returns as governor because of the constitutional can be re-elected. The result was what became known as the swap.
